Counselling is a relationship methodology that aims to support the manager in complex situations or during moments that generate discomfort, stress, or misalignment with respect to the goals or environment in which he/she operates. It is an intervention that addresses a real situation that is being experienced by the person in real-time, with the aim of focusing on the problem, examining in detail the situations or behaviors that have proved problematic, and identifying the critical point from which it is possible to originate change.

Keystone therefore offers its clients a welcome-on-board activity for its newly selected managers, which is characterized by a short coaching path (3-6 sessions) aimed at managing and facilitating the subject’s initiation into the new business context to help them to fully grasp the specificities and requirements and avoid potential cultural misunderstandings.
Within the scope of this activity, a protected space is created in which the subject can reflect and experience behavior in a manner that is free from conditioning and value judgments.
