Franca Baldichieri has been a Partner at Keystone Executive Search since 2013.

With a degree in Modern Literature in Milan and a Master’s in HR, Franca started her professional career as a journalist on magazines of an economic and financial nature. It was while she was working inside a publishing house that she discovered the world of Human Resources.

She went into Consulting in 1989 and, as part of the Orga group, then MCM Selection, she specialized in the recruitment of Middle and Senior Management figures, achieved a solid level of expertise in skills analysis, talent identification, and HR Audit Management, and developed a professional path which led her to become a Senior Partner.

In September 2009 Franca joined EXS Italia, where she stayed for four years.

Franca has been a Partner in Keystone since 2013. She mainly works with sectors such as Pharma and Medical Devices, Publishing, and Communication & Media.

She is an expert in organizational models and evaluation systems and is also a teacher on managerial training projects and a CNCP certified Counselor.
