Alessandra Dealessi is Senior Operation Manager at Keystone Executive Search.

Graduated in Business Communication in 1998, she completed the Master in Media Communication in 2000, held by the University of Florence and by the Laval University of Québec.

For more than 20 years, Alessandra has worked together with several clients and companies, ranging from SMEs to large Italian and international companies.

She has extensive experience in supporting the setup and the development of new businesses and in guiding leading HR businesses through strategic reorganization and through crucial moments, such as restructuring, organizational changes or economic development, due to M&A operations, stock exchange listing or acquisitions, which require strategic reorganizations of the companies’ human capital.

Thanks to strong collaborations and trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as businesses, governmental organizations and institutions, and thanks to continuous training and regular information exchange, Alessandra developed opportunities for the professional and economic growth of both the employees and the organizations, matching the needs and the new challenges generated by the evolution of the labor market over the years.

She is currently Senior Operation Manager at Keystone Executive Search, which is part of Randstad Group – the world leader in HR services, headhunting and HR consultancy. The group specializes in market analysis, top management recruitment, the definition of succession paths and career plans, and the enhancement of soft skills.
