Mariacristina Vaccarisi is Partner Public Sector, Subsidiaries and Utilities at Keystone Executive Search.

Over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within rapidly evolving corporate contexts: complex and heterogeneous in terms of business, corporate and managerial culture.

Mariacristina has achieved a solid experience in the HR sector both coordinating structures and teams and governing the Design and Deployment of People Strategy, People Transformation and Change Management Projects. She also supported challenging Industrial Plans in contexts of deep corporate, organizational, cultural and business transformation, especially in the Infrastructures, Retail Multiutilities, and Energy sectors.

Graduated in Law at the University of Milan in 1997, she also earned a master in Personnel and Organization at SDA Bocconi. Mariacristina began his professional experience in the HR sector at WeBuild and then joined Carrefour in 2001 in the role of Selection, Training and Development Manager of the Supermarkets Division.

In 2008, and until 2020, she joined the A2A Group, assuming roles of increasing responsibility over the years: from Head of Recruitment, Training and Development, to HR Manager in 2012 – dealing with people management for some Group companies, including Corporate, energy production plants and sales companies of the Group – to Head of Recruiting, People Knowledge, Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement &Internal Communication for all Group Companies.
