Executive coaching focuses on the development of soft skills through a partnership with the manager who, through a process of self-analysis, identifies modes of behavior that are more functional than the expected target. Reality analysis, identification of which muscles to train, techniques and action strategies, and constant feedback are the dimensions that enable improvements in both the client’s performance and quality of life.

Counselling is a relationship methodology that aims to support the manager in complex situations or during moments that generate discomfort, stress, or misalignment with respect to the goals or environment in which he/she operates. It is an intervention that addresses a real situation that is being experienced by the person in real-time, with the aim of focusing on the problem, examining in detail the situations or behaviors that have proved problematic, and identifying the critical point from which it is possible to originate change.
