Federica Artiaco has been a Partner at Keystone Executive Search since 2016.
She began her professional career at Credito Artigiano, now Credito Valtellinese, with the objective of working in the Human Resources department. She took on the role of Trainer, dealing with the specialized and managerial training plans for Corporate and Network staff.
Due to her interest in the Retail world, in 1992 she joined UPIM, part of Rinascente Group, a historical company in the Large-Scale Retail sector, where for 8 years she was responsible for all the selection, training and total quality projects which supported the organizational and cultural changes that the company went through in those years.
In 1999, she started working as a Consultant in charge of Job Post, a company that specializes in large-scale selection projects and the recruitment of young talent. The methodological and process skills acquired during her years in company enable Federica to implement projects relating to recruitment and selection, assessment centers, retention, and organizational development.
In 2007, she helped to found MPS Italia Executive Search, which became EXS Italia in 2009, an international company that is present in over 20 countries worldwide. In addition to recruitment and selection for managerial positions, Federica also carries out projects relating to mapping and skills assessment, assessment centers, training, and counseling aimed at executive and corporate positions.
Federica has been a Partner of Keystone Executive Search since January 2016, with a focus on Retail, Large-Scale Retail, Fashion, and Manufacturing.
She lives and works in Milan, where she is married to Roberto and has a daughter called Bianca.
