Sandro Sereni has been a Partner and Founding Partner of Keystone Executive Search since November 2012.

Sandro Sereni was born in the province of Mantua.

He graduated in Political Science from Università Cattolica del S. Cuore in Milan, and is married with two children and, to date, six grandchildren.

His first working experience was in 1982 in Saipem (ENI Group), where he spent three and a half years performing staff selection and training activities.

Following this, he worked in two leading Large-Scale Retail companies from 1986 to 1998: GS Supermarkets (now Carrefour) and Rinascente Group.

During this time, he took on increasing responsibilities, such as selection projects, training, evaluation of potential, salary and career plans, and total quality.

From 1996 to 1998, as Director of Organizational Development, he took an active part in the integration process between Rinascente Group and Auchan, designing and implementing the IFE in Italy (Institut de Formation à l’Excellence).

Sandro started his own Headhunter business during the second half of 1998, working with Italian and international companies: Arethusa and Neumann International.

In 2007, he founded MPS Italia Executive Search, which became EXS Italia in 2009, (with a network than spans over 20 countries in Europe and beyond).

Sandro has been a Partner and Founding Partner of Keystone Executive Search since November 2012.
