Executive coaching focuses on the development of soft skills through a partnership with the manager who, through a process of self-analysis, identifies new ways of behavior that are more functional with respect to the expected objective. Analysis of reality, identification of the muscles to train, techniques and action strategies, constant feedback are the dimensions that allow us to improve both the performance and the quality of life of the client.

Counseling is a relationship methodology that aims to support the manager in complex situations or in moments that generate discomfort, stress or misalignment with respect to the objectives or the environment in which he operates. An intervention that addresses a real situation experienced by the person in the here and now with the detailed objective of focusing on the problem, examining the situations or behaviors that have proven problematic and identifying the crucial point from which change can originate.
